This exclusive site in a beautiful setting has been tastefully developed and it's the perfect place to relax with such idyllic surroundings. To ensure your time at Everard Lodge caravan park is enjoyable we endeavour to ensure the park is maintained to excellent standards. To help you decide whether the park is right for you, here follows a list of our terms and charges:

• All caravans and standings must be well maintained and kept tidy to be in keeping with the character of the park
• Visitors should appreciate the peace and quiet of the area and be considerate of other residents.
• All caravans must be in Lake District National Park colours
• Caravans must be renewed at 15 years
• Young people are not allowed on site unless accompanied
• Caravan owner’s dogs are welcome on leads but must not foul the site or disturb other occupants
• Caravan owners must have a permanent address in the UK
• Caravans may be occupied between 1st March and 15th January
• Caravans are for none commercial use of the owner and their family
• Caravans must be purchased through approved suppliers
• Site fees should be paid by 15th February in advance with electricity paid as invoice yearly and gas as required
• 2021 site fees are £2520 including site maintenance + rates + VAT
